I was not impressed with Cafe de Bangkok. The menu is very small and offers really only a handful of selections. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was lacking. The server visited us only three times during our hour long stay. Once to take drink order and give menus, once to deliver drinks and take order, and once to deliver the food. It took about 30-35 minutes for our food to come out. My dish was good, but a bit lacking in portion size. There were only about 5-6 chunks of chicken in the entire dish. My friend got a noodle dish with beef and only had a few pieces of beef in the entire meal. I was really disappointed since there are no other Thai places around Blacksburg that I can turn to for alternatives now. I wouldn't recommend this to friends and I don't think I will be going back.
