They were on time, fast, polite, and cleaned up my furnace to ensure it works more efficiently. I have a no name or not a popular furnace and they did not have the part with them, but they got one and had it back together in less than a hour. The price, I thought the price was good as well. While there a complete systems check was performed on the furnace to ensure there were no codes popping up, and that everything was as good as it should be or could be with this particular furnace. The furnace works great, the pipes did not freeze and everyone is happy.
