I tried to order a cab in the hours prior to bar closing, and they told me they couldn't do it. What? It's not bar close yet? I live outside of town and just wanted to go to the gas station and back. They hung up when I questioned their ridiculous late hour policy. They are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will neverify recommend them to anyone.

I joined YP specifically so I can review this garbage of a business. I'd give 0 if I can. This place is absolute garbage but everyone is forced to used it. Try Taxi Mandan 7016674567 (they only take cash). This place is ATROCIOUS!!!!

Continually disappointed with their customer service and lack of ability to actual show up when I call to schedule ahead of time.

If I could give a zero, I would. As a bartender, I've called a few cabs. Taxi 9000 is the worst! Call Metro.

My driver fell asleep at the wheel a few times in a short drive to the airport. Will NEVER use again. Handled poorly by management also.

I called the night before for a cab to work. they were 40 minutes late.

However, I had a reservation with Metro for a ride to the airport the next day and they never came at all. told me to find another ride.

They couldn't pick me up at an intersection, required an address. After 45 minutes of waiting, I walked home in just over 1/2 hour. This cab company is the worst, call Metro in Mandan if you actually want to get picked up...

Awful service! Rude staff.

Every time I've used this taxi service, the drivers drive way too fast. Last time was early Feb and it had just snowed and was extremely icy. The drive drove as if the roads were clear, that was until we almost slid off the road. After I was dropped off I kissed the ground, cause I was so glad to be alive.

Would I rcommend this taxi service to my worst enermy? No, after today I will never recommend this taxi service to anyone. Working at a hotel we often recommend and call taxis for our guests. We called Taxi 9000 at noon to set up a 2:45pm pickup for a guest getting on a bus at 3:20pm. After calling several times and being told they were "trying their best" to get someone here we finally took her ourselves so she made it on time (on last call) Would she have missed her bus because of this situation, YES. Should she have missed her bus, NO. I highly recommend Metro Taxi from now on.

Took cab from 1 block s. of freeway to a Motel 2 miles away also 1 block south of freeway.Driver decided to take scenic route through town with 25 mph limit as opposed to 75mph freeway. and multiple traffic lights and congestion.I guess when your the only show in town, you can treat people that way.Might expect this in Vegas ...but not in North Dakota....Sleep well...
