I called to obtain a quote to ...

I called to obtain a quote to replace the exhaust system on a 1993 Ford Taurus. I was told by the local Ford dealership that they couldn't even order the parts I needed since the car was so old. When I spoke with the gentlemen at Scotti's they told me no problem and if I had the time I could bring my car down right away. I got myself an my daughter ready and went to the muffler shop. Not only did he have the parts I needed, he installed it and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. I arrived expecting this to take quite a while and to cost me about $150.00, to my great delight they were fast and efficient and it cost half of what I expected. He didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need or want, just fixed the problem. I am very happy with them and the service man was knowledgeable and friendly. Top notch place, I would recommend them to anyone and will! Thanks guys.
