The Facility Management Division works under the North Dakota Office of Management and Budget and was set up by the 1991 legislative assembly in the state of North Dakota. It is responsible for providing space management services for various state agencies. The division also manages physical plant operations, provides capitol tours, operates central mail bureau and coordinates several events.
