He says (has said) different things concerning the same subject; all inconsistent and conflicting. He is a pathological LIAR. While representing Case No. GC 09 1653 in the Michigan 46th District Court, he did nothing. He didn't know what to do but he did do this. He, Schmier presented to the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission a bogus retainer agreement. According to Schmier, he submitted (2) copies of his retainer agreement to client via U.S. Mail but never received either of the (2) copies back. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. Schmier NEVER prepared or submitted (2) copies of his retainer agreement to client. Conversation concerning a retainer agreement between Schmier and client NEVER surfaced. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh. He Schmier does not know law. How he ever acquired a law license is yet a mystery.
