We have struggled with receiving my husbands Parkinsons medication for 3 months now. Our physical location stayed the same while our address was new. (Our driveway was
named). We even had CVS send the Pill Pack with specific instructions regarding the directions. This medication is vital to my husbands daily quality of life and it is incomprehensible that UPS can't get this delivery issue corrected. Very VERY unhappy!!

Opens my package

Representative claims that they have to open all packages and opens my package and takes a look at my content and claums that they have to do this because the TSA is making them do it. Very unhappy about their customer service that makes me feel singled out and bullied.
