The White Room is absolutely the place to go if you are looking for your DREAM wedding dress. I visited The White Room several times before I made my decision, and I was overwhelmed each time by the hospitality and individual service I received from their staff. They cater to your individual style and they have a huge selection of the top designer bridal gowns. After trying on about 5 dresses, I found THE ONE!! It was absolutely my dream wedding dress and I could not imagine wearing anything else on my wedding day. The staff helped me with my veil, jewelry, and possible hair styles. The White Room also altered my wedding dress to fit like a glove! I made appointments for several fittings throughout the alteration process and I was overwhelmingly pleased with the way my gown fit on my wedding day! I would recommend to EVERY bride to come to The White Room in Birmingham before going anywhere else. I went to several bridal salons before visiting The White Room and their service and selection did not compare to the great experience I had at The White Room.

When I made an appointment at White Room, I had actually already purchased a dress at a store in ATL. (I had a terrible experience with the store- I never received my dress and they never returned my phone calls as to where it was. ) Cathy helped me pick out dresses- she really listened to whatI wanted and helped me find a style I was comfortable in. Once I had picked out a dress, Carolyn did the measurements. From that point on, they called my mother and me all the time to update us on the dress. They had the dress rushed for me since the wedding was only a couple of months away. When it came in, I had a fitting and some alterations needed to be done. Carolyn did them herself , even though she had just had surgery. They also helped me find the perfect earrings to go with my dress. The week before the wedding the dress needed to be loosened a bit, and Carolyn fixed it immediately. I really can't compliment this store enough- they are so professional and they care about making you look perfect. when you have an appointment you basically have the entire store to yourself. I would highly reccommend this store- you won't find another store as great!

I had a wonderful experience at White Room. I visited the White Room for the first time to find my mothers dress for my sisters wedding and fell in love with the store and staff. Three years later, making the decision on where to find my dream dress was easy. The staff is very patient, encouraging and easy to work with. Great selection of Bridal and Mother of the Bride gowns. Thank you all White Room staff for making me and my mother feel so beautiful on my day.
