Unlike traditional gyms or fitness clubs, Quevity uses an integrative approach based on our concept of integrative whole person wellness. We go beyond just exercise and nutrition. Custom Lifestyle Plans -- Every member meets with a Certified Wellness Coach (Lifestyle Adviser). The Lifestyle Adviser works with their client to create an individualized wellness plan. Fitness -- Personal training with Quevity Movement Coaches and group training with Q-FIT Exercise Coaches. Movement Coaches are certified Personal Trainers as well our Q-Fit Instructors who are Group Exercise Certified. Total Body Circuit -- In addition to one-on-one sessions we offer a 20-minute FULL BODY circuit performed on our gym floor. Movement Edge -- Movement Edge integrates sports science and cutting-edge technology to deliver efficient and effective therapies focused on decreasing injury, optimizing performance and enhancing recovery. Meal Planning -- our Quevity Nutrition plan allows members to track their macro & micro nutrients (vitamins and minerals) via app. Also included are customizable meal plans.
