Provided by YP.comThis is the worst excuse for a moving company. They were to small to move anything. They were told everything that was to be moved and the situation, they replied no problem. Then tried to talk me into leaving stuff. Broke my tanning bed Busted a hand craved trunk that belong to a deceased grand child they replied call are claims office they refused to unload anything untill 1121.00 was paid it had not been 10 hrs. they dumped the rest outside the storage place and left. All of my furniture was damaged. Any one thinking of useing this place I would say you may as well dump it because it will not be in good condition when they are through. They are disrespecful, and appeared to be stoned. The lady at Pinson storage was also a witness to this. I'am also turning them in to BBB. Please be aware of SCAMS like these people. They do not deserve any rating

Provided by YP.comVery slow...Took 5 hours to move a 2-bedroom apartment!! The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very friendly.
We strive to be the best and most honest in town. The customer lived on the 3rd floor and did not have anything ready to be moved. We had to pack all loose items. The customer also had 1 1/2 hours of drive time so the move actually only took 3 1/2 hours then the hour and a half drive. She was very nice. Our men and women are very professional and experienced and honest. We strive to be professional and to make your move as easy as possible and stress free on the customer. Every move is different. It depends on the distance and access to the house. We just ask that you are very detailed or even honest on how many bedrooms, packing, what floor, and what is the access like so we know what size of truck and how many men you need for your move. Most important, so that we can give you a accurate estimate.
