They stole $500 from us. They did not follow legally required procedure. Please do your homework if your car is towed off of private property. Do not be bullied and know the legal requirements. If you do not know the legal requirements, please contact a reputable company and find out if what you are being told is correct. We have no legal recourse, but our goal is to try to make sure this company does not steal from anyone else.
