Extremely nice staff, soft bed and nice breakfast

We have stayed at this location several times - the staff has always been very friendly. the place is always clean. the free continental breakfast is OK,

The location was convenient to downtown Birmingham and the University. The late night staff were helpful and sweet.

The hotel is kept very neat and clean. It was very quiet at night. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Also, the hotel is located near groceries, fast food places and affordable restaurants.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. I would recommend my family and friends to stay there.

I was surprised to find that once I got to the hotel, it was we'll lite and the customer service was great. I have read the reviews and was a little leery about staying there, me and my husband were going to a concert and decided to stay at the Econo Lodge. The I stayed in was by there unopened pool, which was a little bummer but something I could live with. This room must not have gotten used a lot because it was well kept, I stayed two days and didn't see any bugs or roaches. The only downside was the motorcycle business on the next street, but other than that I was really please with the hotel over all.

The lobby was immaculate. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness of the room. This will now be our 'go-to' hotel when traveling South.

This is a swanky hidden ruby... WOW it was totally unepected all new botique style hotel.. I thought I was in New York
