Awful experience!! My husband went to pick up his car and was told they only take cash. So, we went by the bank, got cash and went back to the tow lot. When we arrived, the man behind the desk was talking/laughing on his cell phone. He didn't acknowledge our presence for about 3 minutes. When he FINALLY ended his personal phone call, he then told us the amount: $135. I handed him $140 and he then said curtly, "We only accept correct change. You can go get change from the service station down the road." I finally told him to just keep the change; I was ready to get out of there. Then, my husband goes to crank his car, and they left the ignition switch on, so the battery was dead. No apology from Mr. Lazy-Phone-Guy. He finally jumped my husband's car off. What should have been a 10-15 minute experience turned into 35-45 minutes. I was furious! I will never recommend them nor EVER use their services!!
