Twice now, either the cab didn't show up or the diver never called us back after not showing for scheduled pick up.

This was an amazing, clean, fun ride! It was very convenient!

VIP taxi was fast, clean, and super friendly. i would recommend them to anyone i spoke to, especially to my military friends, because they offer up a military discount. excellent service. 5/5 stars in my book.

Nice...I came down to Biloxi for a vacation and used VIP to get around. They knew all the places I wanted to go to and the vans were clean, they picked me up fast and gave me the true VIP treatment!

Love this service, if i had the money i would own it. Very fast pickup its like their waiting on the corner.

Exceptional speed and service. Due to them being locally owned they dont ask twice about where you have to go. Ive had trouble with other cabs dragging me around finding places but these guys know the area even better than i do.

Better then most of the cab services. The pickup was faster because they don't run around before getting you. They're nice and i don't get that creepy vibe when riding because of the cabs being so clean and the service is nice. They know most of the back roads if not all of them. Ive used other companies that just drive main roads and pass up turns on purpose to milk me of my money but these guys actually care about their customers. I would suggest this company overall.
