won't use again!

Took over a month just to get the parts ordered to repair my rocking chair. All that needed to be repaired was the rocker. After 7 weeks it is finally fixed, the rickers were poorly installed and were not even stained to match chair. Then they fell off within 1 week. Absolutely horrible customer serive and very rude. I will never use them again and will make sure I share my experience. Should have gone with my instincts and used someone else.
