I just got my 4th pair of glasses from Vision Optical on 24th and Grand. As alway, I couldn't be happier. I have always had excellent service. It almost feels like I'm visiting with family when I go in. They have such a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. I get great help on picking out the best frame for me. I was also really impressed with the Dr. that did my exam. It was probably the most thorough exam I've ever had. I recommend them any chance I get!!

As a contact and glasses wearer for 25 years I have to say that Vision Optical is by far the best place I have been to in Billings and is where I recommend all my friends and family to go for their eye-care needs. They have done a great job throughout the years dealing with my ever changing and demanding schedule and have always gone above and beyond to give me amazing service and prices that can't be beat. I recently had a last minute trip come up which required me to be gone for an extended period of time and the entire staff went out of there way to make sure I had both contacts and glasses ready to go last minute and I cannot thank them enough. Customer service is something that seems to slowly be disappearing in all aspects of business and it is refreshing to go somewhere and be treated like I do at Vision Optical. Thank you so much to the wonderful team of professionals at Vision Optical! Keep up the good work.

My initial reaction to this business was very positive, a kind person helped me find a perfect pair of frames. However, the follow up interactions proved quite the opposite.I came back in and paid what I was told was the remaining balance on my lenses - insurance had covered the rest. A few months later, I got a letter in the mail from them saying they would report me to a credit agency if I didn't pay the remaining $40 left I had on my bill. I was very suprised by this because they told me I was all cleared up, but I gave them my info over the phone so we could get it taken care of. They then charged me twice for my payment, and it took 4 days for the balance to get readded to my banking account.On top of this, they had tried to charge my PARENTS insurance company information that I had never even given to them. This still frightens me, as I never even mentioned that my dad had once gone here serveral years ago.The straw that broke the camels back was when I called back to access my prescription information about 5 months later to purchase contacts - they told me I couldn't have it and would need to come back in and do another vision screening. This was NEVER mentioned to me, nor did I even get a follow-up phone call that alerted me to this need. When I expressed concern and confusion about this process, I was just given a flat answer that "It's just the way things work" and only talked to by a receptionist.I am VERY disapointed in the service that I received at this business, and although I was willing to pay extra to go here, I know that I get better service at a Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. Sad.

They might have a nice shop but they are willing to participate in illegal illiciting of Dr/patients records not legally accessible to them! Anyone willing to break the law is not someone I will be visiting anytime soon.

I thought service went out the window years ago. In today's fast paced life it was so refreshing to do business with Vision Optical. They helped me in my selection and made sure I was happy with my choice. I NEVER FELT RUSHED (like I have in other optical shops where they can't wait to get to the next customer). I even received a thank you note & gift. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Spoke with another 'clinic' re: progressive, time limits, cost and payment options. With others, I Wasn't able to finish most of my sentences/questions. Arie, @ Vision Optical, was not only helpful, he was well mannered, helpful and humerus. I have all the information I called for, in one call. I wasn't transffered, interrupted mid sentence nor was impatience heard on the line. The challenge first realized when dialing this number were not only diminished, it will be likely Arie fitting me into new glasses, regardless of advertising, cost or dreams of better customer service, at other Vision/optical 'clinics.
