I was bringing my 5th wheel back from Idaho to Indiana. I needed new tires because of mileage wear and poor alignment. I got the new tires elsewhere on a Sunday, and Jim was gracious to fit me in early Tuesday morning to get the alignment done. They had the right equipment to do it right. I appreciate that they would come in extra early to do the work so I could both get on my way, and not have undo wear on the new tires. They were highly recommended by local RV dealers, and I now know why.

I went to Jim and Tracys to buy a truck and I will never be back. I had problems immediately and they offered no resolve. They held to the its a used car and you're stuck with it under the law as to an answer why oil was squirting everywhere and that the vehicle had been put back together by a body shop. MAKE SURE YOU RUN A CARFAX IF YOU TRY TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!Thought you should know.

I have a 2006 Dodge Truck that has had a vibration for 3 years (70,000 miles). I was told it was wheels, tires, alignment, rotors, etc. for 3 years by the dealership!! The truck has a 100,000 mile warranty. Feeling like I may be insane (and I'm a girl and get treated that way by the dealership) I just stopped in at Jim and Tracy's, without an appointment, vented all my frustration to Jim who was so kind to take the time to test drive my truck, jack it up and diagnosis the problem then and there. Finally, someone who cares and knows what they are doing!! Even though he knew this would be warranty work at the dealership, he still took the time to diagnose my problem. Armed with Jim's knowledge, I was able to help the incompetent at the dealership. As soon as my warranty is up, all my work will be done there.

On a recent vacation in the Billings Montana area, a problem arose with the trailer I was hauling my motorcycle on. The issue was simple in nature, but it was becoming a driving hazard situation. Oddly enough none of the trailer service and sales businesses listed in the yellow pages seemed to NOT have time to even want to take a look at to help my family out. Finally one of the mechanics at one of the businesses I called suggested Jim & Tracey's Alignment. With one phone call, Jim diagnosed the problem and invited me to bring the trailer in. Dispite their full schedule, Jim MADE the time to address the problems and inspect the rest of the trailer for road worthiness. A huge thanks to these folks who obviously take pride in their profession, and still have time to help the common people along the way.Jim & Tracey, my family thank you!
