Worst place to rent from. Very shovinist,they pick and choose who can have and do what. Not allowed to have company stay the night. One of the maintenance men is extremely rude and thinks he owns the court.

BEWARE!!! If you are buying: they take forever to approve of someone to move in, like up to a month sometimes! Because of this, it caused me to miss my 1st buyer because they couldn't wait any longer. I had to take a lesser bid - $2500 LESS just to sell it. I almost lost my 2nd buyer because of the long wait! It took me 3 weeks to be approved when I bought. You almost HAVE to have a buyer w/cash, b/c loan approval for someone ON TOP of the wait for court approval will take 2 months!!!!
