This has been the most run-down, dumpy, problematic, police visited, trashy residents and rude behavior of management we ever experienced. Just wait 'til you meet Holly and family for yourself. By-pass this park like a Bad Virus. Heed the Warning!!!

Sat. 6-16-12, woke up at 6:00am. to neighbor disturbance of slamming doors and violent screaming, after 1 1/2 hours later cops finally show up for the 3rd time in 0ne week. Far too many drug addicts and mental disabilities with neighbors to feel comfortable including the family of management who have NO people skills, especially Holly, who is a thorn in everyone's side we've encountered and experienced with her abusive, antagonizing, harassing, Gestapo, pain-in-the-*%#!! Her husband Tim and daughter Tonya are both worthless,antagonizing and discriminating, making up rules that don't exist because no written agreement or contract is an equation of the park upon entering. Talk to the restroom and washroom cleaning lady about their pride in cleanliness when she only comes in once a month. The condition of the grounds is almost as anal as the management--DEAD or DIEING!!! Worst of all, the owner, Clint, accepts this family of management to run off good customers and treat paying guests like DIRT ruining his business when they wouldn't last five minutes at any other job working for someone else. A JOKE AS AN RV DESTINATION ON ANYONE'S TRAVEL PLAN. WILL NEVER RETURN!
