For anyone who does NOT live in a cloud of "smoke" this is a joke. I was given a joke gift for Xmas and was told "no refunds"- so what in the hell do I do?? They got the "item" back and my family member was out the $. Plus, it took 10 minutes for the "shop assistant" to actually be any assistance- not that it did any good. I would give a negative review if possible.
