I just tried to call and set it up for a cab to be there to pick up my disabled mother when here plane arrives and the person I spoke to told me they won't pre plan a pick up from the airport. As I went to ask another question he hung up on me.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it any less my call for a taxi from Walmart to take me to my hotel and I said it would be about 20 minutes after an hour I called back and I was told by the dispatcher that the driver was on his way to pick me up 30 minutes after that I called back and the dispatcher was very rude and he said that he would cancel it if I wanted to and I can get somebody else the driver showed up 15 minutes after that so from waiting from 20 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes is totally on satisfactory and being treated like a piece of dirt by the dispatcher unfortunately there's only two taxi companies in this town so you're really stuck your better off just getting the rental car for the day save some money and some headaches I don't know how these people stay in business

Worst taxi service I have ever dealt with. Have been hung up on when I called a day in advance to ask for a ride to the airport, have had them tell me an hour wait and not show up at all, and have been told ten minutes then call back and they say I never called to begin with. Been in big cities unlike this rural town and been treated a lot better on crazier nights not in the middle of the week

I agree with the review above. The phone call was not cordial at all. The representative was rude and impatient. I was told I would have to pay the highest rate simply because I did not give an address, he never said that would be an issue. City Cab was a much better experience.

I am responding to this review, this Cab Driver was reprimanded for his action, he was also found steeling from us and we prosecuted him . He know longer works for us he works for City Cab.Yellow Cab

Terrible company. Terrible service. Fare schedule is made up by a dispatcher. Triple stacked the cab at full fare each rider. The closest ride paid the most and the furthest paid the least.
