Talked to Fernando over the phone and easily went through the process with him of scheduling our (my wife and I) ride to Logan Airport on Feb lst. Liked the way he explained his method of operation and the text updates we could expect to receive leading up to the time of arrival for pickup. The day of our trip he sent Fernanda (one of his employees). She is a lovely person and so pleasant to talk with during our ride. She was savvy in the navigation of Logan airport including the recently updated procedures for drop off and pick up getting us exactly where we had to be in the airline matrix. On our trip back from Florida Fernanda kept in contact that day by text and was at the airport waiting for us. With a big smile and welcome back she took our bags, placed them in the trunk of the car and whisked us home in no time as we sang some of her favorite (and ours) songs along the way.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Very affordable. Drivers very friendly, knowledgeable and all around nice people. Cars were clean. Pickup service was timely. Would definitely use again.
