I brought my Bernina in to be fixed the end of aug. I got it back 2 weeks later the problem of skipping stitches and specialty stitches was not fix. I brought it back again 2 week just to be look at. I was told the repairman does not like working on electronic machines. I was told it was the computer board it took a month to fix Well its now March My sewing machine has the same issue once again and will not sew. When I got the machine back the second time it was missing a screw. DO NOT HAVE YOUR SEWING MACHINE SERVICED HERE> I am now bringing it to another shop, so it can be fixed correctly this time.
