I love my new apartment in Salem and Bridgeton Properties have been great to work with thus far! Helpful and understanding. Thank you.

Been living at Boxford rd for quite some time now and frankly the property manager kristine has made it very uncomfortable for many of the residents here. She is by far extremely unprofessional and has continued to receive bad reviews over the years. She will call and call until you answer only to complain to you about nonsense. Never anything positive.
She acts like she is alway's right and makes the tentants feel unwelcomed with her rude poor attitude. She needs to be replaced with someone else if she cannot handle her job. We the tenants found out how she has sneaky neighbors taking pictures for her of everyone's back yard and we have finally found the culprit red handed while he was taking pictures and videos on his cell phone and when finally caught in the act and questioned why he is doing this to his fellow neighbors he walked away and did not respond because he knows he was caught.
This community is coming together and now we all know where the real problem is. Be careful what you leave in your backyard, matter of fact, do not leave anything at all because you will get phone calls and complaints about everything! I would not even have a welcome mat because you do not feel welcomed at boxford rd in rowley. Do not recommend living here until Kristine is no longer with bridgeton properties. She needs to be fired that's how unprofessional she is and her fellow employees know it too. Such a shame. Just terrible overall. Welcome to 2020.

I have lived in Stoneham for years and Bridgeton Properties has been my landlord for my entire residency and they have been awesome! Rents are so high and they charge reasonable rent prices, have great people working for them and very responsive.....would reccomend!!

Do not i repeat do not move in to their properties.

Every person living here that we have spoken to has expressed the their dissatisfaction of how this place is run and their desire to move out. In-fact there has recently been a mass exodus from the Boxford Road property.

The review prior to mine is accurate regarding maintenance, it is appalling and never a permanent fix just long waits for cheap work arounds.

Do yourself a favor, look around at other options, you have the right to live happily and comfortably. The odds of either of those happening in a Bridgeton property are slim to none at best. We got out as quickly as we could, and have never looked back.

I have lived in many apartment buildings in different cities over time, so I have encountered various building management companies during that time. Bridgeton Properties is by far one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I have had to deal with. All reviews posted on this site are accurate. They are extremely unprofessional and always try to avoid any direct contact or communication with their tenants. As mentioned, in some cases they can even get mildly aggressive and hostile in their interactions with tenants. Maintenance of the property and handling of tenant issues went significantly downhill once they took over as property managers of my building. Beware of renting any apartment that is managed by this company!

Every review written about the management team here is accurate. They are embarrassingly unprofessional. And I honestly can't believe they aren't ashamed of themselves and they way they communicate with (or more often not with) their tenants. The unit we're in is great, and so are the neighbors here. But I've never seen such poorly run property management....let alone any management, actually. From the bottom to the top. It's almost laughable. Instead of being ashamed and apologetic when they're complained about due to their ridiculous unprofessionalism and lack of helpfulness, they are rude and snide and aggressive.

Awful management, awful properties, awful oversight of rude and disrespectful tenants. The buildings have mold, terrible ventilation, the water goes off frequently and without notice. When it does come back, it's brown for at least a day. Windows don't close all the way, or lock, but when I pointed this out to the maintenance people I was brushed off completely. When we signed our first lease we were told "if we do raise the rent, it will only be by $25/mo or so" -- in the 4 miserable years we have been stuck there, the rent has been raised $250/mo! They lie, they don't care about health and safety of tenants, and I'm so glad this is our last month in a Bridgeton property.

I filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office after being left without heat for over 20 hours as one of Bridgeton Properties' tenants. Not only do I have children under the age of 4, but our specific property manager refused to provide his superior's contact info, stating that he "runs Bridgeton Properties". A disgraceful organization. I encourage others who experience this complete disregard for the safety and wellbeing of their tenants to file a complaint as well!

They ate aweful!! 11 months in and I get a new contract in the mail with an increase on my rent.They scam people in and then raise their rent or be out in 30 days. The leasin administrator is soooo rude.. If you don't mind raised rents,rude people and repairs w velcro than its ok to sign a lease here
