I had originally bought from stubhub and had to pay for 15 bucks for shipping. When I received my package all i got was printed out tickets on a sheet of paper! Well low and behold I lost my tickets 2 days before the show. I called stubhub and they were less than helpful. I found all access tickets online and they were more than helpful. They not only found me better seats at a fraction of the price. They charged me no service fees and emailed me my tickets directly. Will definitely use again. Josh was so helpful!

I had never been to a show at the staples center. Josh was very attentive and patient with me as he scoured several markets to find me the best bang for my buck. I ended up loving the seats and have been shopping from All Access Tickets. When it comes to great customer service. Josh Greenly is your man.

This company offers tickets for sale at a premium price that they do not actually own. They will promise you tickets in a "zone" or a section of the venue without actually indicating the exact tickets you will be receiving. This is the first clue that they do not actually own the tickets at the time you purchase them. The game is this, they promise you tickets in a "zone" that they do not physically have in their possession, they hope to be able to fill this order by negotiating with their network of brokers, if they cant get you the tickets you thought you had ordered they will most likely send you tickets in some other location in the venue at the inflated price you paid for what you thought would be good tickets. You will not receive the tickets until the day before or even the day of the event. When I had not received my tickets by the day I had been promised they would "be available" I was told "we are so sorry but the only tickets in the "zone" you had paid for are on the last row, we are doing our best to get you better seats". The All Access representative even went so far as to tell me he could get me box seats, which he never came thru with. Really???? How naïve do you think I am???? I asked them to go ahead and ship the tickets I had paid for regardless of location within the section and all I have heard is "radio silence". It is now less than 48 hrs before the event and still I have heard nothing... If you decide to use this unethical ticket broker be sure to read the fine print in the purchase agreement. It basically gives them the right to ship you any ticket regardless of location within the venue, regardless of what you though you had ordered. Also, be prepared to receive the tickets in an electronic format as late as the day of the event. I highly recommend using one of the more reputable ticket resale brokers such as Stub Hub or Ticket Liquidator. At least you know you are getting tickets that the seller actually is in possession of.

AVOID at all costs. The way this company sells tickets is a scam, I was mislead into overpaying for what I thought was a great seat but turned out to be just average, they rudely pointed out the error on my part and why the ticket I received was correct, but trust me the way they sell their tickets is pretty much a scam.



AVOID this seller at all costs there are plenty of other ticket sales websites that don't try to take advantage of or mislead their customers and then act so childish and rudely when called out about it.

I spent $1,600 in order to buy 3 tickets for the show on the site and got confirmed order of my payment, then I found a person responsible for my tickets and asked him to get tickets (3) together as there was parents going to show with a child. Bought so called tickets 3 weeks before the show and the only strange thing is that I did not get info about exact seats. they told that upon tickets pick-up you would know the seats. So 3hours before the show begins this manager from this bureau told I have 2 separate seats and only 2 seats. 3 Hours before the show and I placed my order 3 weeks before the show! The most horrible experience I ever had during all the time travelling throughout the world! Elena

All Access Tickets I think has one of the most user-friendly promoter platforms. The team were also always there for support, even when last minute changes and dates had to be moved they were very understanding and I would definitely recommend their services.

Beware. Worst experience

ever. Bought 4 tickets Sept. (1600. dollars zone D) for Jan 2013 Book of

Mormon show, our Xmas present. Got 4 tickets over 2 different show

dates. Spent next few months sending them back, then no word,no Xmas. So

3 days before event FedEx shows with 4 tickets to show says 65 dollar

Ticketmaster on each one, all together in nosebleed area. Its not box

seats all a blurry scene at the back of Balcony, but they have satisfied there

obligation for 4 tickets as far as VISA is concerned, Run, don't walk away.
