Mod Day Spa in general is all around the best in service and customer service.My new hairdresser Kay is personable and makes my day brighter when we meet.Her service is top notch!The owner Ken runs a great shop and I'd 5 Mod Day Spa to anyone who's looking for good service. 👍

This was supposed to be relaxing and it was a stressful and uncomfortable event. The massage therapist ws aggressive and even though I asked for lighter pressure to be used, they continued with hard pressure. It was painful. They used the oil that possibly contained coconut (they said they were not sure if it did. How can a professional not know what is in their products!) When I told them I was allergic to coconut. They did not have a pleasant personality either. The music in the room was not relaxing. I took my sister here for her birthday and now I'm worried what her experience will be like.
