Thanks for holding my child's medical file hostage. You were paid for your services then you milk your clients for that same paperwork? How pathetic! Good to know you don't actually care about the welfare of your patients. I'll be sure to pass word about your "Standard Office Policy". I should mention that I called 3 of your competitors, neither charge for the transferring of files because that's simply their "Standard Office Policy".
