Provided by YP.comAmazing place! Love Mrs. B and have enjoyed seeing her unique approach to manners draw out the most shy guests as well as tone down the overly excited ones. Her dazzling personality is matched equally by the beautiful decor. It is by far the most unique and pleasant tea time experience in DC. A must visit for anyone with children or adults who fancy the real thing!
