Customer service here is top notch! Very caring associates who care about your experience and helping you find the right product for you. Aaron walked me through their candle selection and recommended some great scents based on my preferences :)

Although this is a smaller store with a slightly lesser variety than the many mall locations, it is my favorite by far! Easy access, not too crowded most of the time, and the staff is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, I always feel welcome.

This is one of my favorite bath and body work's store's the staff is very friendly very helpful! I was searching for the cent (hot fudge sunday) there was no more in store one of the staff member's went into the back to double check and found the last one!

Have gone during morning and afternoon hrs and so far, friendly & helpful staff. A lady helped me on the sales floor and the male at the register was nice. I went on a day with $3 hand soaps & they had everything nicely stocked! It was awesome! my favorite are the pump sent candles! loveeeee them
