First of all, the owner, George Fennell, is extremely arrogant and rude. When provided with constructive criticism about his products, he gets extremely defensive and goes on the attack. He responds by saying that nobody in the world dislikes his products so you must be making up a story. Talk about being completely ignorant and unprofessional. Every business owner knows that some people won't like their products, so this guy is completely out of touch with reality. He also thinks he is the greatest lubricant inventor in the world. This guy's ego is so big that it impairs his judgement.

Secondly, his infamous firearm CLP (Cleaner, Lubricant and Preservative) called Weapon Shield has the most overwhelming and horrible smell that I've ever experienced in my entire life besides gasoline! I never even opened the bottle and it literally made my entire garage smell like toxic chemicals glazed with cinnamon! And this is only the 4oz CLP! I actually put it inside multiple zip-loc bags and wrapped it up in paper towels and I could still smell the toxic cinnamon smell pouring out of the bag!!! It's absolutely disgusting and it made me sick! And again, I never even opened the bottle up! My wife threatened to sell any gun that I put it on, so it went in the garbage!

And just to confirm it wasn't a bad batch or a defective solution, the same exact thing happened with the small .25oz needle oiler pen! I never opened it up and I could smell it from 20 feet away. I put it in several zip-loc bags and put paper towels around it, and it still made the entire first floor of my house smell!! It's absolutely the worst smelling chemical solution CLP that I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I don't know if it actually works, but that's a moot point if it stinks so bad that you can't even use it! I'd avoid this CLP at all costs unless you like the smell of toxic chemical cinnamon!!!
