Helping me from across the map without even knowing me!

I live in Mississippi. My son lives in North Carolina. I called Burton & Son Plumbing to ask them to help me to help my son with his home a/c and heating system. My son needed help, but could not really afford to fix his problem. I sent a check to Mr. Burton. He cashed it, got the part ordered and went to work on fixing this problem.
