The food was good, the server was friendly, and the service was fast. I would eat there again.

Living near by My family and I have eaten here several times since it was built. The first bad experience was about a year and half ago. The waitress actually poured us a glass of tea (from the pitcher) with a FLY in it!!!! How many other glasses had she already poured. The last time we went our waiter complained the entire time we were there about a previous table of 12 that didn't tip him any extra over the already tagged on gratuity. Then the hostess told him he would have another big table and he said out loud that he would walk out!!! Never filled our tea glasses. Very confusing environment as far as the crew goes. Would not recommend this Applebee's to anyone. Keep in mind this comes from several eating experiences at the same Applebees.

WORST SERVICE EVER! IT took forever to get our food and it was luke warm and they weren't busy AT ALL. (I can see why) they got my order wrong and forgot the cheese so they brought me a slice of cheese on a plate. If I wanted to make my own food I would have stayed home! Then they were rude & it took about 15 minutes to get someone to take our money to even get out of there

the food and service was excellent at applebee's at the Gateway Center in Salt Lake but the music was way too loud. Background dinner music would be much better.
