Ordered a Christmas centerpiece through USAA and FTD for my daughter. Delivered product was not anywhere near what the picture depicted (I had upgraded from the basic arrangement). Contacted USAA/FTD the day of delivery and explained the situation. They indicated the florist would be contacted and would be at the delivery site the next day to rectify the product. Florist did not show. Contacted Cora's directly and they claimed they knew nothing of the problem and were very rude. Contacted USAA/FTD again and received a full refund. Interestingly, the same arrangement was ordered for my other daughter and was made by a different florist and was absolutely beautiful.
I have contacted USAA/FTD and provided feedback that they should no longer use this florist.

I typically don't write reviews unless I strongly believe it would be helpful for others in making their decisions. That said, I strongly advise NOT using Cora's flowers. In fact, I'd give it a 0 if I could...Wanting to support a small business and use a local florist, I found Cora's and decided to use them for a funeral arrangement based on the nice displays advertised on the website. I spoke with Christine on the phone and emphasized that I wanted the arrangement to look full but not with cheap fillers as the receiving family was important to me. I was assured that would be the case despite some of the more exotic flowers being unavailable and the feeling that I would be taken care of. However, upon arrival to the service, I was shocked to see how little amount of flowers were actually on the stand. I've ordered many arrangements for friends and families in various cities and states before, all going thru local florists, but this was the first time I was ever really, extremely disappointed and felt like I overpaid for something I could have put together myself ($210 charged for $187 advertised). Given the sensitive setting, I was unable to take a picture of the "finished" product, but it certainly was disappointing enough to warrant my call to the store to express my frustration. Christine reminded me that they had to swap some of the flowers with roses, but failed to address why the arrangement itself did not measure up to what was advertised in their website. The only defense she gave was that the stand itself was measured in the exact dimensions they stated in the description and that she placed and extra lily on the other side of the stand (which btw costs abt $6 each). Again, nothing in regards to the actual content of the arrangement.. Bottom line, Christine failed in every client servicing aspect: misleading, inadequate product, poor customer service especially after a complaint was made. The least she could have done was offer a small refund...Don't waste your money and go with a different florist, you'd be more upset if you went with Cora's...

Where to begin. First I will start with, in the end, the flowers were acceptable. Beautiful, even. That being said, it did not make the emotional roller coaster of dealing with this florist worth it. Being a proactive person, I met with the owner 6 months prior to my wedding date. I picked out the flowers, and made our down payment. 4 months later, exactly 1 month before our wedding date, I called to check in. Christine, the owner, not only had no idea who I was, but she also had no documentation of our choices, despite having already chashing our check. I panicked, but being only 1 month before our wedding, I had no choice but to stick with them. My fiancé took a copy of the booking to her (which, thank God, we kept). Long story short, she ended up lying that she had actually did still have the documentation. Although Christine ended up being apologetic, it was still such an emotional, stressful situation, and I had no confidence in the flowers being done correctly. Although they ended up being pretty, there were still mistakes. Some corsages were missing. All in all, I would not recommend Cora's to anyone for their wedding. Prom, maybe. Wedding - absolutely not.
