I hired Canyon Mechanical to do some ductwork that included a temperature-activated fan. The ductwork was fine, but the fan wasn't hooked up correctly. I called and asked them to fix it, and they agreed. But on the appointed date, they just never showed up. This continued for some time, and finally I had to get it fixed via other means. They billed me for more than the quote, and would not reduce the price in spite of not completing the job. From the beginning through to the bitter end, their communication was nil -- the only communication that ever happened was that that I initiated. There are better alternative service providers, and I recommend finding one.
