Paid 600 dollars to get broken car back 2 weeks later same issue would crush it before id take anything to them

When it comes to tires they have always given me a good deal as well as a ride to and from work.

I have always taken my vehicles to Smiths in Berea. Rick has always done good by me, until this time! I will never, NEVER, return to Smiths for anything! My vehicle was at his garage off and on for over 2 weeks. The first week was ok, I understand it takes time to diagnose, get parts in and such, but after 2 weeks, 3 parts later, being told my car would be ready (and it wasn't) numerous times, it is still not fixed, although I was told it was. I am now out $300, and 2 weeks of my life wasted! I now have to take it to yet another garage to repair what should have already been fixed. They had to take my dash to "fix" the issue, they did not put it back together right, there are scratch and pry marks on my dash, plus black oil and grease on my door handles and carpet!! Never again!!
