Provided by YPmobileWhen I called I had to leave a call back number and it was about 24 hours before they called back. We agreed on a date and time and when that time came I received a call that he was running about 90 minutes late. When he arrived, he did just what he said he would, it cost just what he said it would, and in 30 minutes the job was done. Most service people would not call to let you know they were running late, but he did. Very thoughtful, professional, courteous, and thorough. I would highly recommend BBB for your septic needs. If it were not for being 90 minutes late, he'd get 5 stars.
