communication is poor, and the web page is not updated with photo's. I called and left several messages and NEVER was my call returned. I ordered early Dec 13 and had to place several calls to find out if I will receive my order in time for Christmas. Overall poor communication and service.

I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE star!!! They were doing pics for the Berwyn Baseball teams and they we so unprofessional! I was a good 20 feet away, yet I was yelled at by their staff because I was too close to my son with Asperger's while his pictures were being taken, so he was terrified and on the way home I found out he got the wrong background! They have only two background option either Cubs or Sox, no general background! So I had to go back and wait an HOUR to get it re-taken. Both times there were small pre-school age kids terrified because they don't know their coach yet and some were crying since their parents were not in view! No manager was there, they were under staffed and it was just a huge mess! No one wants to pre-pay for pics to get them and have their kids recently crying or with the wrong background! They charge a lot for their pics and are way too rude!!! (The actual photographer was nice.) I called and left a message and when I went back I asked for a manager to contact me on Monday and it is Tuesday and no response! Plus I emailed them hours ago and still no response! I hope Berwyn NEVER uses them again! I plan on contacting the Berwyn Rec and telling them about my awful experience!
