Horrible, absolutely horrible! I had called Fredriksen to come out to my warehouse in Elk Grove of about 78,000 sqft, which is about 10 minutes away from their office. The male service manager seemed nice and told me someone would be out there in 2 days, first thing in the morning. Originally thinking 2 days is odd for being 10 minutes away, but maybe their busy. I wait the 2 days till noon, and nothing. The same manager tells me will contact the technician and will call me back. He takes 2 hours to call me back and tells me I'm sorry, we have to reschedule for tomorrow. I wait for the next day, and no show! I called the service manager and left a message.

Waited 2 days, no response.

I called another local competitor, they came out the same day.

Why couldn't Frediksen do that?

We operate a 100,000 sq. ft. industrial rental facility in Chicago. We have and will continue to use Fredriksen indefinitely. All Fredriksen personnel with whom I have had contact over the years have at all times behaved courteously, conscientiously, and, most important, proficiently. These are serious professionals who don’t ignore the human element. Because of past performance on their part, I wouldn’t even entertain bids from any of their competitors. They are in with us-they earned it.
