VERY POOR BUSINESS!
My son ordered me a lamp for Christmas and it was broke when it arrived-
My son and myself have sent emails with NO ROSPONSE and I have tried calling BOTH the numbers listed here and there is NO ANSWER at the (630)# and only a automated system at the (877)#. It has return instructions but NO ONE to speak to. If you push (0) with the (877)#
it will disconnect your call. Order at your own risk, but you have been warned.

received wrong certificate of authenticity..... unable to reach by phone....no answering machine... this is poor service!

Disappointed with total shipment. Paid Express and took longer then promised. Size was not correct, when try to contact someone you can not get a live person. Need rings for wedding and will not make it. Going to cancel order return and go someplace else. Customer care is bad, uncaring.
