Provided by YP.comLast night I contacted Andalusia for service. The courteous woman on the line set up an appointment for today, saying I would be seen at my home between 9 AM and 12 PM, that mine was not the first appointment of the day. This morning she phoned again to confirm my appointment, saying that I would be seen after 10 AM. At 10:15 my courteous, knowledgeable service men arrived, diagnosed the problem as my having pressed an incorrect button on my remote, and charging me just the $100 standard visit charge.
What a change from the usually surly people who promise service some time between 8 AM and 5 PM, a week from the date of your call! I definitely will use Andalusia again if I have problems.

Provided by YP.comVery poor customer relations. Charge me $200.00 for a repair that did not fix the tv. Then argued with me and said there is something wrong with my house.

Provided by YPmobileMy TV quit I was in the middle of a move. I brought my TV in for service the lady at the counter was great. With in 30 minutes I received a phone call telling me what was wrong. Service was great prices were good as well. Thank you very much.
