Dear Mark:





I cannot fully express the relief it was to have such excellent service from a moving company. Your team that loaded us up in Benicia (Tony, Tracy I, Joe R and Filippe) was efficient and completed the job in one day. Two days later you and your crew arrived here in Portland and unloaded our belongings in such an organized fashion that we were astounded.





In contrast, we had friends moving to Portland from the East Coast just after us. They had nothing but horror stories throughout the entire process. My daughter who was helping us the day we unloaded, also helped our friends--she couldn’t believe the difference. She almost called you to see if she could hire Doug & Shawn to help with their unloading!





It is important to compliment people on a job well done, and your service was exemplary. The crew on this end: Doug, Shawn, and yourself were unbelievable!!

I was happy to hear you will be moving to Benicia--you will love it there.





We have opened everything up, not one single item was scratched or broken! Seems like a miracle from my point of view, but I am guessing it it just routine for you. When we move again, we will have no trouble deciding on the moving company.
