I shopped here about a month ago and was treated disrespectfully as well. I've never experienced customer service like this before. It was as if they did not want me to shop with them. anyway I bought a belt and some shoes that I liked but didn't love ( It is very difficult to find a nice pair of shoes in bend ). I decided to try online shopping at Nordstrom and found a pair that I loved. naturally I tried to return the shoes that I had originally purchased from Roberts, but was declined, they told me they could not resell them because that had been worn. If a shoe is considered worn once it is tried on before buying then yes, they were worn, other then that I hadn't even tried them on in my house. I wasn't even able to argue my defense before I had all three employees come on so strongly with me I was practically run out of the store. this was a very odd experience for me and I don't think I would recommend anyone shop there
