Ridiculous return policy, as others have mentioned. I went in looking to get a nice pair of gloves and after trying on a few I found one I liked. The sales associate fitted me with a medium, which was perfect, but sold me a large. After taking the tags off and trying them on I tried to return them but they insisted I would not be able to as they were "used." Absolutely ridiculous. After my family and I spent $400+ at their store they were rude and unhelpful when I simply tried to return the gloves for the correct size they fitted me with. Definitely will be recommending everyone to avoid this store for future purchases and rentals.
