As a perspective student I was very disappointed with the staff! While waiting to speak with the women in admissions at Phagans school in Bend, Or they were very late for our appointment as I sat outside the admin. office I witnessed the two women running admin. and financial aid gossip and bad mouth students with their door open. During our scheduled meeting they kept getting of track. When several students came in to the office asking valid questions they made very disrespectful remarks to them then much worse remarks after they left the room. After all of the disappointment I still decided to go forward with going to school there because itis the only school in the area & I was very dedicated & determined to become a Stylist... After paying my deposit I attended orientation where I was further disappointed and had to make the very hard decision to put off beauty school. The instructor doing the orientation discussed there theft problem and how you have to make it clear that -cont-
