This dealership has a fleet manager named Jeff Thiessen who is hurting the entire business model. He has a cocky and arrogant attitude and acts like the dealership does not need new business. I will once again drive to Portland or Seattle to buy a new jeep because of this! Customer service is much to be desired and they do not pay attention to any of the details. It is the details that matter in this competitive auto environment.

I have a totally different take on this dealership then the person who wants to stay far away. I have been buying new trucks every 2 years for most of my adult life and have been forced to go outside the area because of Thomas Sales being the only Dodge dealer in town, not anymore. My experience with Smolich was amazing from the price to the sales staff. I will not be going out of the area anymore when the best price and service is right out my back door at Smolich Motors.

BEWARE OF THESE Salespeople.Our company went to lease a car to be used for business. When the owner went to sign papers she was very clear of the fact that she wanted a lease and did not want to purchase the vehicle. Yet this dealership shopped around at 8 different places for a loan for the vehicle. 2 weeks later they called and expained that the lease/loan did not go through and that they wanted to the car back. Now our company has 8 dings to our credit and is forced to return the car. The salesperson explained to my partner that this was standard operating procedure. Now my partner can't get credit anywhere else because they dinged it so many times shopping around for a loan that she never wanted in the first place. The manager did nothing to rectify the issue only offered to sell her a different car that in no way suited our needs.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Smolich motors! The are unethical and using lying as part of their selling tactics, along with wasting your time, getting your hopes up for a certain vehicle and then trying to put you in a less desirable vehicle at a mark up well above fair market value. If you are interested in checking them out anyway, be very leary of their practices and VERY specific of who you want them to shotgun your credit app out to!
