I call to follow up on my visit to the store as I am looking forward to a call to advise me that some books are in. The lady (will refrain from using her name) advises me that the books are not in until 12/23? I question that as when I was in there on 12/14 I was told by another worker that the shipment was already past due and that I would be called. The lady adamantly recites the policy that "noboby" would have told me that as they have all worked there long enough to know better...am I making this up? Rude and not at all understanding to my situation that I only can go by what the store people tell me...LOST MY BUSINESS - will go elsewhere from now on.
