Rude and unprofessional. The lots disgusting and there only in it for the money.

The same instance at the bank parking lot. They then increased the fees for recovery by 40% over what the City of Bend towing contract rate fee structure. I followed them around one night and watched them repeat this practice. Con's and thief's. Consequently I would not recommend them for other work that may be legitimate. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was parked in the bank parking lot using the ATM. I was maybe gone for 20min and I came back to no car but even a bigger issue my dog that was in my car gone. This forced me to pay the extra $55 after hours fee. The guy then proceeded to tell me that I could walk to the parking garage where he was holding my dog. 20min later I made it.Further investigation he has someone watching the parking lot and calls Bar Towing as soon as they leave their car, getting a cut in the process. Its the same as strip clubs in Vegas paying cab drivers to deliver people to clubs. Do we really want that kind of business in Bend.
