We are restoring an historic ski lodge on the Santiam Pass. The rustic lodge needs a lot of work, and part of that included cleaning, demolition, and asbestos abatement. The work performed by Alpine Abatement Associates, INC, has been a life saver for us; we have nothing but good to say about our experiences with them. The lodge was filled with 30+ years of rodent droppings, dead animals, debris, and broken glass. It was a toxic environment that no one wanted to enter or perform work. The crews at Alpine Abatement completely cleaned the lodge and removed all asbestos material on the interior. The results were dramatic, leaving us with a beautiful clean lodge that the public can now see and tour. They also removed three later non-historical additions to the exterior bringing the structure back to its original look. This year they sent crews out to completely strip the roof and the asbestos felt underlayment. They made quick work of a job that was very tedious. We are so impressed with the crews. They are very hard workers, do the job right and clean up the workspace leaving the area better than they found it. Jack, Rich, and Aaron are the best. They are down to earth “solution people,” and find a way to get the job done no matter what the obstacle. The office people are very polite and easy to work with. As you can tell, we like this company, and we think you will too!
