10+ + + for this company!!! I have been with them for 3 1/2 years and can say with no hesitation they truly live up to the words Above and Beyond!

How did I get so lucky as to find this company. They are just the best. I was able to move away from Oregon and not only did they find the PERFECT people to rent my house, but Tim Reynolds takes care of them in every way. He has allowed me to move forward without a worry about the rental, takes care of any and all "things" that may come up, is very professional in his business. If I have questions, he always has the answers. I am completely comfortable putting my investment in his hands.

Above and Beyond is one business that actually lives up to its name. I've been very pleased with the attention and service I have received on my rental. Tim screened and found very high quality tenants and has taken care of minor maintenance that has come up, including dealing with the HOA. I live out of town and Above and Beyond has made me completely at ease with the knowledge that my investment is well taken care of. I highly recommend Above and Beyond for all of your property management needs.

Above and Beyond truly went above and beyond the typical management company. They cared for our home as if was their own. It was in perfect condition when we returned. They kept in contact with us and provided us peace of mind knowing that our home was being so well taken care of. We would highly recommend them!

This is a management company that has lived up to its name. I have been struggling with my multi-plex during this dismal market and Kate Veno has not always given me the news I want to hear but she has been honest and straight forward in delivering what we need to understand. Consequently, our rents are not as high as we'd hoped for but our units are staying rented which says a lot.
