Please read before hiring this company

Good morning, Jeff –Would you please be so kind to at least acknowledge receipt of my e-mails? I haven’t heard from you regarding finishing this job since March 14, 2012 – 27 days ago. Please, let’s get this job done! I really hope to see a reply and a plan to finish your work when I check my e-mail this evening. Please respond! So I am following up. Would you be so kind as to e-mail me regarding your plan/ETA on getting the items on the list on the 2-24-12 and 3-13-12 e-mail done (see below), as well as getting me the additional plugs? I would very much like to finish putting items in the glass-fronted cabinets for I which I need the correct shelf clips, as well as getting the holes plugged, the problem with the hinges addressed, the label holder replaced. I look forward to your prompt response. I also need two more bags of the little white hole plugs (100 per bag) as each of the glass fronted cabinets takes 88 plugs. I used half the bag I had on the TV cabinet.I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. I just wanted to follow-up on the e-mail I sent just before we left.So the things that still need to be done:1) Replace the damaged label holder on the third cubby door.2) Replace/adjust the hinges on the five doors to stop them from opening into walls and windows.3) As Rob suggested, I need metal (pewter looking) shelf holders for the glass shelves that we bought for the glass-fronted lit cabinets. I had asked for clips for 6 shelves, I would now like to ask for clips for 8 shelves as we have decided to add two more glass shelves since there is room in those tall cabinets.I look forward to hearing from you re: a schedule to take care of these last items. Also, I wanted to bring to your attention that the square shoe edge paint job is not satisfactory. I showed this to Rob when he was out here on the 24th. The top edge is rough as a cob, not well/evenly painted and as such the dust is ground in and impossible to remove/clean. They just look dirty all the time. This is especially disappointing given what we went through with having to pull the cabinets to have them repainted. I don’t remember that being true when they were first installed. Is this the same label holder? In any case, it does not look good and does not match the other two. When the h...

Best Service, Quality, and Value!

My husband and I just built a house. Our friends told us about the great service at Wood Specialties Inc. We got bids at many other local cabinet companies. Wood Specialties Inc. was best quality with great values. They have a large showroom full of cabinet, countertop, and knob samples. Jeff, the owner, let us take samples and magazines home. The staff was very persistant at answer my questions whether I stopped by or simply called. We love all of our wood work in our new home. I have told everyone about this great company with a helping staff! Wood Specialties Inc. can help you with any project!
